【Product Introduction】IRIS-868 is made from changing the property by refining the plant oil and appending the various efficient additives. It used as antirust and burnishing lubricant for copper welding wire. And it can substitute for Japanese FS-65.
【The characteristics of the products】
1. IRIS-868 is a double-effect oil product, which owns excellent antirust effect and anti-extreme pressure lubrication.
2. Be used as burnishing oil, IRIS-868 can prolong the usage period of the pattern and oil products, and the cleanness function, so that it can amend the appearance of the welding wire, and thereby to improve the lubricant of feeding wire of wire, finally, without additional antirust.
3. IRIS-868 has excellent antirust effect. It can not only prevent copper wire rope turning colors, but also can prevent base material rusting. Meanwhile, it could ensure the effective antirust period without tearing open the packing.
4. The cost of the IRIS-868 is lower. The wastage of the antirust is only 0.3kg/t, and the general cost can be saved more than 20%.
5. There are no blights for electrical conductivity, splashing, smoking and the quality of jointing for welding wire. And it also will not produce any harmful materials during jointing.
1. Be used as burnishing oil, IRIS-868 can be used by recycled way in die case.
2. Be used as antirust, IRIS-868 should be siphon brushed by blankets
The packing, marking, transportation, storage and the delivery acceptance should apply to SH0164. And the general packing is the 200L barrel.
